Founded in 2014, we operate across the UK, US and Middle East. We are scaling our US business, and this hire sets its standard.

The role

You will own a Bay Area desk end to end. You’ll win founders, CTOs and engineering leaders at scaling hardware companies, and work with VCs and investors to solve talent shortages across their portfolios. You’ll deliver contingent, retained and contract searches for scarce engineering and leadership talent, using our proprietary AI tooling to move faster than competitors. As one of our most senior US billers, you’ll coach the consultants around you and build a team from the floor up.

You bring $450k+ in annual 360 billings, a track record placing engineers or technical leaders in hardware, deep tech, defense or a related market, and the commercial judgment to know which roles to take and which to walk away from. Retained search, contract delivery or ITAR program hiring experience is a bonus.
