Founded in 2014, we operate across the UK, US and Middle East. We are scaling our US business, and this hire builds a core part of it.

The role

This is a founding role. You will build our US contract function from zero and own it outright: the strategy, the clients, the team and the P&L. Your first job is to unlock contract demand inside our existing direct hire clients, then expand into new accounts, from venture-backed startups to primes. You’ll set up the operating engine, from bill and pay rates to W2 payroll and MSAs, and grow the division.

You bring a track record of building a contract desk from zero, not just inheriting one, in defense, aerospace, autonomy, robotics or a related engineering market. You have hired and developed contract recruiters, you know W2, 1099 and corp-to-corp models and multi-state compliance. You think in spread, extensions and cash, and you’re happy to be a player coach while the function is built.
